Site coordinator – USA BASED ROLE

Position Profile

Our Subsidiary Partner in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a full-time Site Coordinator! As a Site Coordinator, you will be working closely with our hiring managers, fundraisers, and on-site clients to lead our efforts in organizing events. Coordinating the on-site event process will be your primary role. You will play a critical part in enabling our teams to grow throughout the country! This is the perfect role for an ambitious, versatile talent professional looking to grow their skills and career in a rapidly-growing scaleup.

What You Will Do

Work closely with our US offices to organize and coordinate company events 

  • Source, attract, and recruit locations for future events
  • Act as a liaison between the Highwater teams and on-site clients
  • Track, analyze, and report on event outcomes
  • Manage clients leads from fundraisers and managers.

  • Some experience in a similar role with coordinating or organizing events
  • Passion for people, and the ability to be an ambassador of our brand
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ambition, drive, and leadership ability
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to build and maintain strong relationships while fostering a spirit of collaboration with internal colleagues and external partners.
  • Awesome time-management skills; you’ll be working with teams from all over the US, spanning over different time zones
