Senior Coordinator, Customer Success

The Opportunity:

Working within a team environment, the Senior Coordinator, Customer Success will be responsible for both administrative and account management activities, helping GFD’s clients across North America drive top line revenue growth, furthering their impacts in the communities they serve.

The Senior Coordinator, Customer Success further drives value by ensuring accurate reporting that informs critical business and client decisions.

What You Will Do with GFD:

  • Play a critical role in the success of the Customer Success team by providing a variety of administrative support duties while also learning how to become a thriving Customer Success Manager
  • Develop, maintain, review and deliver weekly client update reports, ensuring GFD’s clients’ KPIs are on-track and inline
  • Establish, nurture and cultivate strong professional relationships with a small portfolio of charity partners
  • Work to understand GFD’s partner’s needs and present relevant solutions that drives top line revenue for both GFD and our charity partners
  • Assist with preparation and co-lead weekly, quarterly and annual client presentations
  • Learn to analyze KPIs and forecasts to establish trends that support sound business decisions

What You Bring to GFD 

Your Experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales support, administrative support or project coordination

– OR –

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an introductory sales, business development or account management role
Your Technical skills
  • Strong MS Office skills and familiarity, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity and proficiency with Google Suite applications and programs
  • Experience with business intelligence software, notably Power BI is an asset

  • Trustworthy – You maintain the highest levels of integrity and professionalism and can be trusted to be discreet with confidential information
Your Education
  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Communications, Project Management or related discipline


  •  Combination of relevant education and work experience
